Here is my current set up:1) ShowMojo for managing the self showing listings (It has some self showing anti-fraud services, syncs with smart lockbox to issues codes, etc etc)2) CodeBox Jr smart lockbox where I have the keys3) ReoLink Go Plus Cellular Camera with a $5 per month T mobile data only sim card.

They allow you to get funds at more favorable terms than with a loan or credit card.

I'm pretty sure it had to record to an SD card but this was 8-10 years ago, and I'd be shocked if they didn't have cloud recording models today.

As a generic advice:  I would recommend paying off any credit card debt, or high loans. 

@David M.If it’s unsecured debt it’s just like a credit card.

@Sandra Ho, It sounds like you are talking about late payments on their credit report for things like credit cards, car payments, student loans, etc.

Fix it properly, then rent it out to a highly qualified applicant. 

Real estate will not be the get out of jail free card without these things in order.
