@Cody Cox @Randy Johnston - I was looking for details on the website for the next meeting in Portland and didn't see anything on the calendar.  

It will separate your transactions for each calendar year and continue downloading data as directed for 3 years after your purchase so a single software purchase should hold you over for a couple of years before you might need to upgrade to a new version.

We have a SOW, a firm budget, and project calendar.

2: If I decide to rent out both the main house and this guest house within the calendar year that I perform this work, effectively converting the property to a rental property, can I deduct all this work as rental property upgrades?
