Their entire business plan is wait a few days to come out, charge  deductible, go back to the office to order a part or two that will come in a day or two.

I invest in both direct real estate and syndication/crowdfunding passive investments.

We ran it past our real estate agent and lender — but I'm all for shoring up.

Your cleaners can make or break your business, and price isn't the only consideration.

Working this backwards, what I see is a 3rd party trying to benefit from another’s house via rental cashflow, My only business is 30+ years as probate estate and trust lending in CA.

With a short sale, will the lender of the property pay for the commission of the buyers real estate agent?
