With gas you are limited to the gas regulator and burner it self, on cold nights a lot of gas fire pits can not keep up with demand.  

The ceiling in the garage started sagging and they were afraid it would fall on their car, so I immediately replaced the entire double car garage ceiling.The knob on the oven popped off and the whole top of the stove shifted somehow and it wouldn't go back on in order to turn off the burner.

By “gas stove” do you mean a free-standing stove, kind of like a wood burner, or are you just talking about a furnace?

Given my "venture" is not material to my business, I've decided to just keep doing what I do and leave this idea on the back burner for now.

I listened and put that idea on the back burner. 

I use an app called burner for a temporary number as I am usually running two or three of these for various properties and towns I am not familiar.  

This has not been the barn burner topic I thought it would be.  

I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to everyone - I put investing on a back burner this past year but am picking it back up again!
