The $5500 quote is the cheapest one from my broker.

A broker can mix and match and find local area loans with discounts, etc.

As a Broker we get caught up in all the commission we can earn from them but in today's game, what are these dorks getting from us?

You don't need a turnkey headache through a broker company.

Beyond that, you're on your own unless you take the initiative to have someone help you and perhaps split the Assignments fee 50/50.As someone who has been in RE now 50 years as a licensed CA Broker an inactive mortgage banker  And have been a back room Vendor for some of the top trainers in the US.Anyone can take the course RE is not that complicated at the level you folks are working at.

As both an investor and a broker, I’ve worked with a variety of lenders, and while many are solid, some have issues—whether it’s delayed closings, surprise fees, or poor communication.I’m curious to hear from the community: have you had any bad experiences with lenders that we should all be aware of?

Brokering a business is a licensed activity the same as brokering a house.

It's worse then that, we see countless people being oblivious on difference between GC, Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Handyman, Builder....But hey, they probably also think a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Agent are the same thing also. 

I am eager to connect with other local investors, out-of-state investors,  lenders, agents, brokers, etc. in the Indianapolis area.
