I am a law abiding citizen like I am sure that you guys are, but I am bothered by the secrecy and the lies and I dont trust the pure intentions of government especially not when a system created over 200 years ago was designed to limit the scope of its power.

I just don't like bothering him because about 90% of my offer from him get rejected and to ask for comps on a fsbo i don't think that would be good for our relationship. i'm located in the pa boones and most data bases are not here plus the homes can range from $15,000 to $400,000 I don't realy want to spend all day at the court house finding this information. thanks everyone.

Having a 10% second means you never would have had the PMI to begin with, but the second mtge would have come with a higher interest rate and higher fees.If you've got the ability to put that much extra down each month, you can probably just save up additional down payment and go with an 80% loan and not bother with the second mortgage.all cash
