My husband would definitely want to use it once per month (even in winter) since he is a reservist in the coast guard there.Do we boost our retirement fund by taking a more conservative approach at home, or do we get a property in PCB that allows us to pretend we're already retired for 2-4 days a month?

Also, can boost rents up $50-75 per unit, thus will net 600-700. 

Morally it just bothers me when people get paid for something they didn't do (ie. commission as a buyers agent.)

If anyone has any great advise on how to boost my score, lender input, REI experience in relation to my issue,  etc. , I'm all ears...Have a great day ... 

The reason that you don't see much discussion is that most investors do everything or nothing, because if you start putting in paint and flooring it is hard not to justify a couple thousand extra for granite etc. which will boost the rent the most. 

When you use an escalator clause how to you verify the list agent isn't artificially boosting the price with other "fake" offers?
