Anyone have a good metal roof supplier in Charlotte, NC?

Depending... sole proprietor vs company with over head, legit contractor vs uninsured side jobber, type, size and quality of tile, shower walls and or floor, waterproofing, metal edging, niches, benches, shelfs, windows, deco bands, total square feet, backlog, substrate, relationship, layout. ..

The property management company has been hired to do a job, and if they somehow cause property damage or bodily injury to a third party due to their negligence, the landlord doesn't want to come out of pocket for this loss, nor do they want their policy to be triggered first. 

What about a metal security door?  

  - Wet rot down to bottom most layer of floor boards- Cracked tiles- Rotted beam next to tub- Re-sheetrock and put shelving back together- Bath vanity set aside but not damaged- Tub is metal shell type, not solid- I can live without a bathroom for a few days to 2 weeks.

I now have a new metal building with a driveway and a beautiful sidewalk. 

Aside from the ultra rich and others with heavy positions in metals, I think the rest of us are toast.

We do have a metal roof, which is one thing to consider because there is no attic space the roof can't radiate that heat into the attic and then allow it to vent so the exterior roof temperature tends to be something like 15-25 degrees higher than a roof on a normal attic.

Depending on your local building code, you might be able to do something like sheet metal panels on the wall behind the kiln, instead of brick.
