I am looking for a single family short term rental a few blocks from the beach.

True that…Nothing against newbies mate, etc..But been around the block long enough to know when someone is trying to take advantage of us.Since we are both in the PM business and since we talking smack on investors in this thread hahaYou know what also sucks hahaWhen investors think the PM is a bank and will happily go into overdraft until they top up their maintenance reserve account.I have an idea, we can do the above and act as a bank as long as I am allowed to take an investors girlfriend for a date if they aren’t in the mood to take her?

If you're the new kid on the block, you need to be competitive, and you need a hook (something you can offer that the other ones can't/won't.) 

What's up bigger pockets, I am new to real estate investing for the most part. looking to start investing in the next 1-3 months, fix and flips and Brrrrr interest me the most at the moment.
