Dogs can destroy the quality of life for a whole building with their barking, and to a lesser extent noise in the hallways going in and out.

He also asserts that I am unethical as I “aggressively seek out tenants with loud barking dogs” (perhaps 2 of my 5 tenants in a dozen years have had barking dogs).

The dog was closed up in her car and barked/growled at me like he would have me for lunch. 

And then there was the plant nazi who was assigned to monitor people's yards, and started bugging me about the nice new bark I put around the plants in front of my unit.  

She's completely house-trained, doesn't bark - and she's thrown up on almost every inch of this little studio apartment over the last 3 days LOL.  

Your typical big dog is going to bark less and pee on the furniture less but that's more personal observation than fact. 

If you try putting in bark or mulch, then you have to weed it, and you can't let the leaf blowers near it, or it's all gone.  

Those that cry discrimination are 99% of the time all bark and no bite.

Add some bark or rock around the bush and to the crappy lawn, or bring in sod.

One was barking at one, the other two were minding their own business and the GSD came at us and attacked and we weren't on their property, etc.We also had a sweet female black lab that out of the blue attacked my ex's friend and bit his hand.So, you just never know.
