If there evicted people there going to have to pay for water/sewer at somepoint...even for a bare minimum.You are correct that i wouldn't pay for more than what your looking at...even then getting a bank to finance may be hard ebcuase of this shady financial information on it

Still meets the bare minimum of $100/month/door, but usually that's for multi-family. 

That , together with the pink stuff after, will stop the itch for 8 hours or so and you can sleep all night.

Our agent even looked at the detail on MLS and it's bare bones.

We barely get buy without incurring any long term debt and sending our daughter to the University of Arkansas. 

My first house had galvanized piping and on one of the faucets the hot water side was so blocked up that the water would barely trickle out.

It's ridiculous that any of this and all of the calling, and additional steps are necessary, but that seems to be the burden to bare living around those that don't respect themselves, much less others.

but as @Morgan Nilsen said you need to learn the market. 50k is just barely enough to start from abroad.

Currently the rent barely breaks even but the price has appreciated quite a bit.Should I have the condo sold today, I would have about $260k on hand ($180k down pay + $80k profit after exp.)After listening to some podcasts and doing research, I decide my main goal is to buy and hold for the passive cash flow.
