The real estate world thrives on its open bar mixers lol, but in all seriousness meet ups are where the money, investors, and experience all converge.

I avoid investors except for the few that understand and value my time.So while you think I make too much as a real estate agent, you don't begin to understand my job and the time and work done behind the scenes.

I’m brand new to the realty scene.

Not just for the sake of higher returns but when the stock market inevitably pulls back there seems to be a little more stability in real estate from a cash flow perspective if you go the rental or lending route (barring another real estate meltdown I suppose).

Although it's Class C, it's in a wonderful neighborhood (I actually lived there about 10 years ago) only a few blocks from some of the more popular bars and restaurants in Norfolk.
