Based on my experience and talking to other investors, right now is the most difficult time to get a qualified appointment.For our team, a qualified appointment is property that fits our criteria, there is a problem to solve with the decision maker, AND within  $30-50k per unit price range.

The Parents are NO involved at all, There is NO Trust , NO will - it will be done directly with Deed on the behalf of the minor GRANDCHILD and  appointed property guardian to manage the property and distribute the rental income to the friend.I am just trying to understand  my options before I talk to a  lawyer and CPA . 

@Nathan G. correct, if I don't see positive sign in next few days, do you feel , I can try talking to realtor just to start thinking to sell... and have realtor visit the house (with prior appointment ) so tanent may start speeding up?

On the US embassy's website it states taht notarization service requires advance appointment, however when I try to schedule an appoint on US embassy's website, there is not a single available time slot.  

Hi all, I'm just starting out and slowly learing the rope ie:reading and the podcast here, but I did wanna take my first step into this by looking at what the houses in my area are selling for Is this as easy as calling a realtor making an appointment for consultation and having them run the numbers on how much the houses nearby sold for, and I'm ok with paying a fee but I do want to know how much it would be if it varies.

We have been in contact with one of the siblings who claims his handicap brother did not appoint a power of attorney, and therefore no one can sign on his behalf.

That way you will go to your appointments and lock deals with the peace of mind that you will be able to perform. 

They should be able to find a cancer support group with will do things like help drive them to appointments and they would also know about other support such as rent.
