From a risk point of view, there is no real middle class and a very small upper class.

They all have yards and a driveway , its not like living in an apartment .   

With a 7% interest rate and a high HOA, it could definitely help your cash flow in the long run, especially if you’re looking for passive income to reinvest later.

But day trading is a job at best and a nightmare at worst.

i don't recommend buying a random property in a random midwest state for $118K that looks great but actually needs a new furnace, a new roof and a new sewer line, and will crush you with capex and make you sad.hope that helps.
