I have 4 STR/MTR's here in San Antonio and I receive bookings through all the OTA's along side with repeat guest referrals.

If you want to buy them out of their lease early, I strongly encourage you to engage an attorney. 

The users you're trying to engage will check you out all the major platforms and then Google you.
