In the recent times it was easy to forget this when many/most syndications were achieving 20%+ annual returns.  

Haven't seen a whole lot of people renting out detached storage units in Memphis but occasionally it does happen.

Makes total sense to me. before this whole situation I had presented them with a written lease that clearly outlines the rules for visitors. i.e no more than 5 days in a row no more than 20 days per year...

It's also unreasonable to expect the PM to know enough about every job that they can identify the problem and explain exactly what the plumber needs.On the other hand, this whole situation stinks.

I'm pretty confused as I thought FOR SURE this was a duplex given your estimate of $2,850 monthly cash flow.A duplex wouldn't even achieve that in this area.
