Would it be beneficial to find a co-signer?

I would try and get a co-signer.

There cannot be a co-mingling of money between the transactions, which is why they want a release from C to pay A.

Roy pointed out that if you have a guarantor or a co-signer you may get 80% LTV financing. 

If you're looking to simply stabilize your housing cost than a co-op could be a good idea. 

My smart move says to reject ,  I am thinking either a larger security deposit , and or a co signer .
