Walmart still does great against Target. 

Why isn't there Wal-Mart and nothing else?

The price is comparable to the Home Improvement Wal-Marts, but the quality is in another league completely.

It's within 3-5 minutes of the highway, under 10 minutes to the mall, 5 mins or less to Target and Walmart and a massive array of restaurants.As I put in the title, this would be my first deal.

The inner city is quite sketchy but the outskirts have some new development and theres 2 walmarts within 10 miles (a strong sign to me of an active renter's market).  

If so I would suggest using the peel and stick material that you can find at homedepot/lowes or any hardware store (Walmart may even have them) for the bottom part of the cabinet.

For instance, I can't go to walmart and my bill is $50, but I offer them $47.

I'm glad you are all safe (this time).Like why haven't you convered to popmoney or dollar general's bill payment system, or walmart's cash payment system?
