I plan to travel globally on a regular basis, but I went to Stanford, I work on AR/VR in the Bay Area, and my family operates a meat farm in Vacaville.

I own a legal licensed vacation rental (VR).

HERE'S MY QUESTION:  What are the standard rates of VR PM?

I'm just breaking into the Vacation Rental game - looking for any of the VR vets out there who would be willing to let me pick their brains?!

You can really like RE investing now, but when Virtual Reality comes around, maybe you really get into creating VR games.

I love the idea, but I do want to caution you: unless you use a local property manager (who will take a big chunk of your profits), managing a VR from abroad will be a daunting task.  

An alternative strategy would be to go into the VR biz which is an active biz where you can self manage and juice your returns, ie more work but more profit.
