If the house is occupied, make sure the tenants know that their TV will be out for a little while.If you hire roofers, they should make some effort to sweep up the driveway and maybe rake the yard when they finish.

Be sure to have a series of questions that are important to you and take note of all the answers each of them gives you.

You have a Rich Dad series book in there (by Ken McElroy) and it's a good one, but you gotta get his basics.
