A two story house with the same foot print is not going to be worth double the value of a ranch.Lot size generally has little effect on price, in my experience.Condition and finishes make a big difference, too.

That was the starting move, and no telling whether they would go down more or not.He bought from a local shop and showed them a print-out of what he could order it for on-line, and they came down about $800 in their price in order to make the sale to him.I buy refrigerators from that store, and I go in and tell them what price Lowe's has on that size fridge, and they will match it, often coming down a couple hundred dollars from the posted price.
