I am pretty sure I can pick up 4 Hour Hour Work Week at my local library.  

Vacation rentals seems more feasible, but the purchase price is pretty prohibitive in most cases up in PC.

But then go to your local public library and Borrow the NOLO book(s) you want to read.

I'm sure there are some benefits to the online version but I prefer the software version right on my PC.

In these soft PC days and with a PM, you may be on for a full remediation treat.

Personally I do not mind bringing business somewhere else, last year I bought 3,000 angle stops and 3,000 faucet SS hoses, sent them a sample/spec, HD sells them for $6-8/pc, supplier prices were $1-1.15/pc, spent another $.50-.60/pc on air cargo and etc.

just sayinive tried that before and it is tough- look into the internet public library and get the news papers so you can get an idea of what's in differing areas then you can go onto google maps and look at the terrain you don't want to buy a sink hole- know what I meanbe careful looking at trends and market changes sometimes its a lemming jumping over the precipice instead of a stable market change- meaning long term vs short term investmentenjoy
