Going through 200+ rehabs a year will certainly teach you a thing or two.Call some, and see if they need inspectors, or draw administration help.I am getting paid to look at a ton of rehabs in Chicago.  

Hubzu uses offshore help for all of the administrative tasks during the closing process- Very tough to understand ( verbal or written )-- Make sure you use your own title company.

Anyway, I am transferring to a University soon and will be pursuing a degree in Business Administration and I have the option in specializing in four categories: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Systems.
