Blindly re-posting something bad you saw and/or commenting on it without even thinking about it is the exact behavior they rely on.

Hang curtains or blinds to make it less obvious the property is vacant.  

I’m glad you still have this positive outlook towards investing but losing 100k+ like you did and blindly being hopeful is just flat out silly.

DON'T CONFUSE GENIUS FOR BLIND LUCK. 

Put good blinds on the windows and a few motion lights and have some kind of local security check on it once a quarter or so. 

@Stephen Rager Banks don't just give out loans on blind faith... so they charge for a 3rd party appraisal, check credit, verify income, and approve or decline the loan. 

While we do not have 100 units or 1,000 units like some, I went on record stating a blind discount across the board just didn't make good business sense.

I know this is where most of the competition is so my question is, is it best to make blind offers and than adjusting the offer if needed during due diligence, or risk taking longer to make offer by seeing property first and coming up with offer after seeing property?
