@Stephen Rager Banks don't just give out loans on blind faith... so they charge for a 3rd party appraisal, check credit, verify income, and approve or decline the loan.

I know this is where most of the competition is so my question is, is it best to make blind offers and than adjusting the offer if needed during due diligence, or risk taking longer to make offer by seeing property first and coming up with offer after seeing property?
