My current job allows me to maintain a decent lifestyle and save, however I only have 3.5 yrs left on the contract.

I know some other investors who struggle because they changed their lifestyle as soon as they buy 1, 2, 3, 4 properties.

Are you investing in a small group or something like Lifestyles Unlimited?

I'm interested in similar areas where there is a sound local economy and plenty of opportunity combined with lifestyle.

Real estate is something I'm interested in learning more about and am dedicated to building the perfect lifestyle through real estate. 

As long as no harm done to anyone else -- who really cares about the lifestyle? 

I also fear about looking professional in a suit and tie considering I'm not white like most business people.I want to have a lavish lifestyle and be financially independent by at least age 24.

Would it fit in your lifestyle well if you had some local rentals and you would need to go cut the grass and be your own handyman a little.

I also try to know my tenant's life style, I know the teenager plays the stereo loud, so showing after school might not the best time for me.
