There are lots of helpful tools like a customizable pre-screening questionnaire, text/email interface to communicate with leads, and a database to keep leads organized.

Good user-interface, chat based customer support during working hours, no major issues on our tenants end, etc.  

Yea like @Joshua Strickland said - it is really about a single interface to multiple platforms.  

Once ReceiptBank gets better with its Fetch function, I would like to consolidate to that and perhaps eliminate HubDoc.I only wish there was a property management solution that interfaced with QBO.

Does anyone have actual intel that they will move Cozy customers over to their own interface rather than leave Cozy as-is?

Very nice interface and great audit trail, which is almost all I need.

They can interface with each other and a bank. 

It's not the best interface, but it allows you to send individual postcards for $0.63/pc, or you can blanket an entire area.

I love the interface and the fact that I can tag by property name and then filter and search by property name.
