That is why you have an independent property inspection and have anything that would effect the integrity of the property or be a potential hazard addressed by the turn key company before closing. 

I know people love docusign but DC is way more integrated.

The same state that found cops who shot innocent, unarmed black men not guilty,  There are many shady RE agents around the country, but that doesn't mean I categorize them all into one box(now THAT'S uneducated) Although there are some shady wholesalers(as there are some shady people in every industry) there are also thousands of honest wholesalers who moves with integrity that actually care about helping people.

How can I protect myself I were to proceed with this joint venture deal (trusting the partner's integrity, exit strategies, etc.)

Hey @Bob Huggins, you might want to consider moving over to Evolve Vacation as those are all the platforms they are integrated with and have their own reporting platform and owner/manager portal.   

@Asury Johnson does it allow the kind of integration I’m asking about?
