See if you can get to Facebook groups in  your area and also Meetups and get the network broadened so that you can scale quicker than if you are not pro active.. my 2 cents

Part of the reason I'm attracted to Huntsville is the thriving aerospace, defense, and technology sectors and all the new developments such as Toyota's manufacturing plant, Blue Origin investments, and Facebook's Data Center for example. 

Post it in the local Facebook forums, if good it will sell in a day, YES you can list it, withOUT a realtor, simply state cash buyers only

also inventory in bay area is slowly building up it seems the layoffs are started hitting the RE market sloww but sure, hope whoever get facebook stock could bid those houses so price would not drop too much.
