Is it a disregarded entity, is it taxed as a corporation, or is it taxed as a partnership.  

you would agree that it takes a while to get the loan approved based on all the approvals, and extra paperwork required and that "extra time" is why the agent and seller may just disregard the deal. 

Maybe not side effects, as much as the breeders themselves have put the physical traits at the top of their list with disregard for the behavioral traits.
