I am also in the same boat, and just getting entry into buy and hold in NOVA is very expensive.I think Prince William County (Manassas, Woodbridge) would be decent but cannot be compared to Richmond, VA.

Prince-Jovian Antoine anything is possible but a bank will not touch it and most likely a private lender won’t touch new construction unless the deal was incredible and even then I would guess you would pay 15%+ for a rate.
