I'm hoping that the sellers will fix some of the deficiencies that were addressed by the home inspectors. 

I was reading the PG County 2035 Plan today (http://www.pgparks.com/374/Pla...) and saw that PG county also suffers from a multifamily housing stock deficiency.

They will also come in each year and do an inspection and make you fix any (even seemingly minor) deficiencies.
