I'm looking for recommendations for an attorney in Texas (preferably in the Dallas area) who specializes in real estate? 

I like Nebraska for good buy and holds but there are many other places like Dallas and Memphis that are great for investing.

D- Magazine with an article suggesting that the top end of the MF high end apartment market is in really bad shape from a pricing perspective.I think this is an early sign that we are seeing the end of the boom in Dallas. 

I for example don't like Vail as IMHO its essentially a glorified truck stop, sterile, with none of the old cowboy charm of a place like Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Aspen or Telluride.
