Some of the first properties I looked at (over 2 years ago) were multifamilies in Arsenal Heights and Bates Hendricks that were priced very low for the alleged cash flow.

There are a lot of things I would recommend you putting in place, to ensure there are no complaints or allegations of discriminatory practices or other problems, prior to any communication.
