I would contact their Broker and politely tell them you want a copy of all documentation within one business day or you will file a complaint with the state commission.

It can potentially take up to 3 business days for the deposit to hit your bank account. 

To 10 business days; can finance the rehab.

I called about 3 weeks ago and they were processing 1 a business day.

If using a local law firm, they can do a US notary but need at least 15 business days to send back the documents to the US after notarizing.

If I contact him I hear back within one business day, but usually before that.   

If you'd like-- you can always add an expiration to the offer to add urgency and not get caught waiting while other deals are coming and going-- I would personally recommend at least 2 business days out as an appropriate amount of time for expiration or opportunity for the seller’s side to respond.3.

Occasionally during the processing of an app, questions may arise where you need to ask for some additional documentation to solidify the package, and I require that be provided within one business day, otherwise I move on to the next app.

Also 4 days and like 2 business days that is ridiculous.Best of luck!

Lesson learned during closing: ensure the title company has the electronic payout instructions because they tried to FedEx a physical check which had to go through my "accounts receivable" adding 5 business days to get the money into my account.
