So with this pressure the turn out land lords who need to sell their property get a little more for it... the hold over owner occ's who's neighborhoods have deroded into rental status can get a little more for their home when they move .. etc etc.

Of course postage is the same per piece, but design cost -- assuming you are having a professional design the piece -- is a flat cost, so that goes down per piece as the printing quantity goes up.Best of luck ...Brad SrebnikAurelian Design
