@Shaun Inniss @Bonnie LowHere are a bunch of prior threads on the topic.The cleanest way is to form the llc, deed the Title over (perhaps preferably with a warranty deed to maintain the Title Insurance), and refinance into a commercial loan.

@Ross Yeager I’m pretty sure that is referring to section 8 tenants, it says PHA- which is a subsidy program

Also age of home, type of home, quality of schools, where companies are moving....local Dallas billionaire Ross Perot said if you want to make a billion in real estate, buy in the path of progress.
