Your next step is to buy another unit which is an unknown.Option B: Keep it.

Some Asian countries also have a low cost of living but I looked them up and you need a work or study visa and the requirements are much stricter than Mexico. 

Its always good to have plan A, B and C as an investor as you never know what can change your scenario at the last minute.
