First impressions are super important I feel and that starts with the outside

On the refi, I could imagine the closing costs being 5k or more.I'm impressed with $2,500 monthly for a duplex.

@Jorge Ruiz I'm originally from Dayton, and the last development tour I went on there was very impressive.

I was under the impression that closing costs for a HELOC were much lower than a Refi, but now I’ll have to take a second look.

I was under the impression that on a month to month lease, it is terminated 30 days later.

However QB online is not exactly the same as the desktop version and I get the impression that it is not as full featured. 

Which also makes it different S8 offices.The impression I've gotten is that S8 tenants never try to "port" to a different parish because it is impossible/difficult. 

I kind of get the impression that local friend is irritated as if I just wasted her time.

So while I can't speak as to how their month to month operation is, I can say I was extremely impressed with how quickly they place a tenant, and they were able to get a lease signed for a couple hundred more per month than I thought!
