Hi All - When selling a property with the intention of immediately buying another building via a 1031 exchange, can anyone recommend strategies for removing or at least lessening the risk of running out of time to meet the 1031 deadlines?

We upsell 3-to 4 simple packages that guests love; I have trained my cleaners to handle them (they make extra money), my VAs help schedule it with cleaners, and we still make a 50% profit margin on everything.

My last deal was an exact wrap at 3.5% granted I had to put $80k down to pull it off, but it’s a great way to keep the train on the tracks.  

We have found that a strategy that many thinks solves for some problems. 

Is there a good strategy to scale my investments or should I just keep what I’ve got?
