The hotel's traffic count and location have everything to do with its profitability.

If you have to haul the soil any distance, those hourly fees for the trucks add up quickly, especially if there's traffic. 

The amount of office traffic and check by mail traffic in the past five years has dropped dramatically.

A high end office in a high traffic high end clientele location may be more selective.
