I'm very willing to offer something to them on any level that I can best help them, I'm definitely not expecting handouts or to not hold up my end of the bargain.

@Al-Qumar Atkins You could make up some like half-sheet introduction handouts that have just a few lines that talk a little about where you are in your investment process and what type of deals and strategies interest you.

These would be to put on business cards to hand out while networking and making connections, provide to others as a way to contact me, place on social accounts/website but also to separate "business" from "personal". 

Know why we dominate market share in SFR PM, it's not because we hand out a free Tesla with every account.

A suggestion: I have a requirements handout I give to anyone looking at a rental.
