This is where most of my business is done.Bandit Signs - affordable guerilla marketing tactic but garners a lot of calls from tire kickers, retail buyers with unrealistic ideas, etc.Newspaper ads - I was running a penny saver ad a while back and it started to get very costly because I was told I cant test an ad for 2 weeks.

I pride myself in knowing a little about a lot and I must admit SEO is one of those things that always changes and I get tired of trying to keep up.

It has come to my attention that there are many investor "tire-kickers" bugging the agents in town so they screen pretty heavily.

They are getting tired of upkeep, maintenance, renting duties, etc.

Inventory is low, rates are great, people are tired of waiting (this is a starter home around here) and we had a yoy median price increase of over 9% - people will think it's time to get on board.

The areas I am buying are filled with hardworking blue collar workers who are tired of living in places where property managers treat them like crap and don't fix issues.

They won't connect for every "tire-kicker" that may be interested.
