My business is under a LLC but my properties are in my name.

To illustrate this in numbers, I've personally sold a number of $150K houses to FHA buyers who had less than $10,000 to their name. 

So hard money loan in my name, down payment and carrying costs covered by her but we still need to meet to hash out the details.

There is a % fee for withdrawing and/or closing, but that fee is capped at $250, so overall the fee structure seems reasonable to me.I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the company's name here, so DM me and I can give you the name.

On your settlement statement, does the lender read Fixated Funding or is their another LLC's name?
