I was wondering if you knew how to take care of thirdhand-smokes? 

We have renovated one unit and successfully proven the business plan to rent it out at a daily rate as a short term rental during peak salmon river fisher season.

Although not required, I would use a constable or sheriff to serve the notice.Also, if you offer them a new tenancy at a new rate, you can also require new terms, like no pets, no smoking etc.

Might be better to ask about charges.Could ask about smoking. 

Should I keep looking at deals if I come across a smoking deal do I present it to a investor or a loan officer and see if i can get pre approved, what do you guys think?
