These cities literally helped build up this country and our economy and I will never understand how much negativity they receive for fighting through adversity and playing the cards they're dealt!

the  I have seen a lot of properties come and go.  

Between the neighborhood recommendations, the renovation "trends", and the "challenges to navigate" I'm praying that a local realtor didn't actually write this.

Getting that first property is exciting—and yeah, NYC is no joke when it comes to price of entry.Honestly, a lot of people I’ve talked to in your shoes end up finding better opportunities just outside the city.

You'll learn a lesson or two and it helps you come up with specific questions.  

Us: We want to buy the property, fix up the (3) apartments not occupied by her parents to generate rental income.QuestionsMy thoughts are to work out a deal where we purchase the property from her parents without taking a loan from bank.

Post the notice as soon as they violate the lease and it should come from a lawyer not you.

It has come up quite a bit, still is a bit dangerous but appears to have plenty of room for improvement and appreciation.
