I'm seeing some very promising stuff and we have a company in the Chicago area that is really showcasing some interesting designs, plans, and multiuse buildings. 

ITs 4-6 different sized office units that will most likely house businesses like CPA, Attorney, Graphic design.

To answer the scheduling question, here is the graphic I use in the BiggerPockets flipping book to indicate the order of scheduling for a typical renovation project -- the book goes into a lot of detail on the scope of each task, the dependencies between them and the completion time frames you should expect, but this should give you an idea of the task order (click to ENLARGE):

Understanding the psycho graphics is key to knowing if that value you plan on putting in the property will be received by the tenants.

So be talented and showcase that or bring sick deals to the table.

Let a good product be showcased for at least a week before making a final decision.

But what you’re showing me with that graphic is something that I have heard about but had yet to find a portal with information that I thought reliable.

I don't know how the large MF dev projects in progress/recently permitted will affect this.Do the demographics/psycho-graphics of new residents (Portland is still projected to have large pop growth/influx over next decade) conform to "Millennial Mindset" (not to pigeon-hole Millennials) about what ideal living is?
