Have you had an appraisal done recently, or do you have comps to estimate the property's market value?

What I did get, was on a marketing email list that sells their other virtual products.

In housing the house goes up with the market, think comps. 

I saw the market going up while renting in the area and didn't want to miss the opportunity.

Isn't this happening in many markets thought?

After year 1 we added more originators, more processors, an appraisal review analyst, a VP of capital markets. 

As-is cap rate of 7.5% in my market (kc) would be pretty awesome to buy. 

I suppose something more turn-key could be a good option, but haven't come across many viable options there yet.Anyways, we still have a lot more to learn and still need to familiarize ourselves with the area/market, but just wanted to pop in to say hi!
