I am thinking if we bought it for my mom it would be with the understanding that we wont make anything on it until we resell it in a few years, looking at rent in the area it wouldnt cash flow if we were to rent anything out with the current rates.

I've personally worked with a handful of "investor-friendly" lenders, primarily on DSCR loans in recent years, and each time I've run into significant delays, lack of transparency about the process, have been fed the requirements in a piecemeal fashion (every few days there's a new random request rather than having it all organized from the start), and have even run into lenders who were substantially misinformed about the real estate industry or the laws that govern it on both a local and federal level.I think there should be a better site to encourage accountability by tracking how long it actually takes each lender to close their loans on average, and what unexpected hurdles investors encounter when trying to work with them.I can't seem to find such a site.

On the 14th she asked me to give her a 3 day notice to vacate because no organizations were willing to help without it, but I didn't provide one because I had moved her due date to the 18th so she wasn't late yet.

@Rick BaggenstossIt's not going to go backwards private organizations and the city have invested millions and they have gained back 100 millions back on their investments and the Beltline is not completed yet I do the tour often (Beltline)Those area are little sketchy but because it has not been totally gentrified it's still in its process also in order far Atlanta to keep attracting talent to the city they must become transportation friendly millenials are not getting in car note debt like previous generations they want to work play and party in the city (Kipp) is great as far school goes I want to say it was #1 in the state of GA.
