Sure, she could have done this herself, but she appreciated me going the extra mile and now I have it for anyone else that might need it.I also have beach towels since river tubing is nearby and the cabin is dog friendly, so I leave a bag with dog treats and the water bowl is filled.There is always a hand written, personalized note.I enjoy making the guests feel welcome and at home and they always comment on these amenities when leaving their reviews.

Some of the cities people are flocking to here on BP are a real mixed bag and honestly I think a lot are buying into bad areas someone who lives in the area would probably have avoided. 

The most exciting day for me when I take over a new building is throwing away the bag of old keys from previous land lords.

Even Bloomsburg is a mixed bag because Central School District which is half of Bloomsburg avg sale price was 206k.

Most folks here bag on condos.
