The only way t estimate execution of repairing/refurbishing or remodeling of a structure is to physically perform an estimate.

I have been dabbling in Airbnb since 2016 when I bought my first property and remodeled it.

I am remodeling and updating the interior and exterior of the house.

What's the market value once you're finished remodeling it?

I wouldn't do it and I have remodeled dozens of them several dozens in fact. 

Lots of NJ sfh don't pencil out well as rentals.I would be concerned a bit about the remodeling plan. 

I am looking to put a new fence around a backyard but should I go with cedar for the long lasting durability or treated pine since it is more cost efficient?  Any advice will be helpful thank you all. 

Background:The renovation journey has been comprehensive—refinished wood floors, new windows, central AC, and fully remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.

I am leaning towards remodeling since it would be my primary residence initially and perhaps I won’t get much return on my investment but maybe just sell it to family/friends instead… well, time to find a contractor!

They can consult for you and help tell you what you are allowed to do, or they can complete the entire remodel for you as well.
